Best Historical Episode: the Revolution
Knowing México require us understand its history. Because, as every nation, Mexico’s history explains the current situation of our country. And the main episode that explains, mostly, our current reality in this country, is the Revolution. I will explain, by putting facts, why I think so: Revolution brought us the current constitution. So our current institutional framework were derived from this conflict, between a some kind of status quo versus the fight for democracy. Revolution also influenced to developed a certain mindset to Mexicans. We are against reelection, pro free education, federalists and democrats; after the fight against Porfirio Díaz’s regime and later Revolution. So, given that our main assets are people and institutions, I strongly advice to promote Revolution period in Canadá in order to increase the attractiveness of our country.
